Built in a basement. Scaled without losing the edge.
Toxic Spirit began as two friends renting out a 200-capacity basement room because no promoter in the city was booking the acts we wanted to hear. The first show lost money. The second sold out. By the third, there was a line around the block.
Since then we've produced everything from 300-person warehouse raves to 15,000-capacity festival stages — but the standard hasn't moved. If it doesn't feel dangerous and alive, we don't put our name on it.
Sound First
We over-invest in audio and lighting before anything else. A great line-up on a bad rig is a wasted night.
No Filler Bookings
Every act on every lineup earns their slot. We don't pad bills to sell more tickets.
Safety Isn't Optional
Trained medical staff, clear exits, real security briefings — on every single event, no exceptions.
The Basement Nights
First show, 200-capacity room, two DJs and a rented smoke machine. Sold out by word of mouth alone.
First Festival Stage
Booked to run a side stage at a regional festival. Turned into the most talked-about stage of the weekend.
Going National
Expanded into 6 new cities, launched the Toxic Spirit Festival — our first fully self-produced multi-day event.
140+ Events Later
Still run by the same two founders, now with a 40-person crew, a warehouse full of gear, and no plans to slow down.
